Grease and too much Taylor Hicks

We saw grease the musical today, starring Taylor Hicks. By starring, I mean he sings one song then comes out at the end of the show and performs his new single. Frankly if I had a tomato it would have been thrown when he came out and performed his single. It’s not that the song is so bad (though it sounds like a ripoff of the Lean on Me melody), it’s that I was ready to go and had to sit and listen to him sing knowing full well that I will never own his new or any future albums.

Ok, I’m picking the topic for today’s blog-off as well, and that means that you get two posts from Hope today (RIP Erica – I came across her blog for the first time yesterday and am bummed I’m just now in the loop about her – sad stuff).
